Option 1: Walking Tour
Take a 60-minute history & ghost tour on foot through Salem. We’ll walk the streets, see historic buildings, and explore sites tied to Salem’s fascinating past. I’ll share ghost stories, hidden history, and little details you won’t find in guidebooks.
Price: $25 per person, $100 minimum
Option 2: Astral Traveler’s Tour
Experience Salem’s history and hauntings from the comfort of my cozy, healing space. This sit-down tour is taught workshop style. I use slides to show historic locations along with ghost stories, paranormal photos, and tales collected over years of investigating Salem. It’s perfect if you want the full experience without sore feet, crowds, or bad weather.
Limited to 12 guests.

Option 3: A Spirited Evening Connecting With The Other Side
This intimate 90-minute indoor workshop blends the history and tools of ghost hunting with the intuitive foundations of mediumship. Drawing from material I’ve taught in college-level Paranormal Studies courses and years of investigating haunted sites in Salem, the evening combines education, storytelling, and guided experiential practice.
You’ll learn how tools like K2 meters and spirit boxes are used, explore signs, symbols, and the “clairs,” and participate in a small-group spirit communication circle. Each guest receives a pendulum and a signed copy of one of my books.
Part history lesson, part intuitive development, part séance.
Limited to 12 guests.
Price: $300 minimum (Covers up to 6 participants), $40 per additional participant.
Seasonal Note: During the Halloween season, private tours are available during daytime hours only. The Astral Traveler’s Tour and A Spirited Evening both run as public events in October: Astral Traveler’s Tour at 5pm on Fridays and Saturdays and A Spirited Evening at 7pm every night.
